dysautonomia/POTS severe lightheadedness, tinnitus. NO PEM, etc. 2 rounds. added colchicine the second round. Didn't help my dysautonomia POTS. Colchicine helped lower my IL6 and IL8 but no relief in symptoms over 2 rounds.
