The greatest PEM shield of all time - gets a bad rap, but great when used responsibly

Chronic Illnesses: Long COVID ME/CFS
Symptoms Treated: PEM (Post Exertional Malaise) - Major improvement - <24 hours

Mutes my PEM and ME symptoms by 75% and allows me a huge freedom of movement without introducing PEM. Just make sure you take it no more than a couple times a week to minimize tolerance and possible withdrawal.

Reduces brain fog and fatigue. Can function much better when I take Ativan.
