Dramatically reduced allergy-like symptoms

My immunologist and allergist both recommended the use of non-drowsy antihistamines for Long Covid, and they recommended Allegra and Xyzal. My allergist said to take up to 4 pills per day of either (or mix and match them). I take two pills twice a day (4 pills total per day), and it greatly helps with my overall sense of wellness and with all allergy-like symptoms.
