Flared my POTS

Chronic Illnesses: MCAS

For some reason this flared my POTS horribly despite benefitting the last cells in my gut somewhat. But I didn't see significant enough improvement on such a low dose (1/8th teaspoon of a ampoule mixed with water) that I couldn't stick with it. I have extremely dysregulated gut mast cells, and this is the gold standard for that kind of MCAS treatment, so in theory this should have worked but it made me have POTS crashes every day that I could not sustain any MCAS imrovements it was making long enough to see a difference. I would say it's worth trying but it wasn't my MCAS miracle drug like it is for many other people.
