There are two parts to this clinic. 1

Chronic Illnesses: Long COVID
Last appointment: Within the last 6 months

As of September 15th, 2025, there are two parts to this program. 1. Long Covid support group. In-person and online meetings. If you can make it to them, anyone can join the in-person meetings, but you need to call them to sign up. I'm not sure about their requirements for signing up for the online portion. 2. Long Covid Clinic For now, this is only open patients of the Owen Sound Family Healthcare Team. I've been super lucky to be in that group, so I've had just incredible support from nurse practitioner Michelle Lanteigne from close to the very start of my experience with long covid. They also have a rheumatology nurse or technician, I'm not sure what their designation is.
