Very accommodating and supportive.
Dr. Yoder is a GP within Kaiser. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by all the Kaiser doctors I’ve worked with because they system wide baseline attitude around LC and ME/CFS is an agreement that they’re real and complicated problems that patients deserve help around, so there’s no need to sell them on that idea. While Dr. Yoder isn’t a specialist around these illnesses, he is supportive and receptive to whatever I’m interested in trying, and he was already familiar with LDN as a well regarded treatment option, because he keeps up on the research. I had some issues around refills and insurance and he was happy to do whatever needed to be done to make it work. He’s also really well regarded by all the other doctors I’ve worked with at Kaiser. When I’ve mentioned he’s my doctor multiple other doctors have immediately said they really like him, he’s so smart, he’s really well informed, etc.
