RecoverWELL 8-Week Programme – A Lifeline in My Long Covid Recovery
I joined Donna’s RecoverWELL course at a time when I felt completely lost in my Long Covid journey. I had tried everything: supplements, diet changes, pushing through, but nothing seemed to help.
